All Mass Power Group employees are responsible for observing safe working practices, policy rules, and all applicable laws and regulations.

No employee shall be hired to do a job he or she is not physically or mentally able to perform in a safe and effective manner.

Each department head or supervisor is responsible for establishing necessary safety rules and posting them accordingly. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disciplinary action.

Managers and supervisors are responsible for recognizing the need for training or educational classes or materials which can improve safety. Human Resources will supply approved materials.

Mass Power Group shall maintain all safety and health facilities to meet all applicable standards. Inspections will be conducted on a regular basis to maintain standards.

Performance reviews will be conducted by an employee’s supervisor six month’s after initial employment and then on an annual basis. The employee will be rated in the following areas: • Effectiveness • Dependability • Initiative • Communication • Knowledge • Personal development

MASS GROUP ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Mass Group recognizes its responsibilities to environmental protection.
Mass Group is committed to achieving best environmental practice
throughout its business activities. Environmental management is based upon continuous improvement consistent with current knowledge and is a top-management issue. In order to fulfill its roles and responsibilities regarding preservation of the environment, Mass Group will:
• Comply with relevant legislation and regulations and with other requirements to which its subscribes.
• Establish technically and economically feasible and concrete environmental objectives and targets, for its respective environmental management organizations (Head Office and Workshop), based on their appreciation of environmental impacts and periodically evaluate such objectives and targets.
• Develop management processes and operational procedures whose functions are to prevent pollution and continuously improve environmental performance.
• Avoid and minimize waste as far as possible and ensure all waste is managed, treated and disposed of in an environmentally acceptable manner.
• Conduct audits on-site to ensure operations are in compliance with environmental management requirements.
• Provide appropriate levels of training and support to management and employees to ensure they are able to fulfill environmental management responsibilities.
• Document the environmental policy, implement and maintain it through the environmental activities and communicate it to all the employees through training and enlightening activities.
• Make the environmental policy and programs available to the public on request and be supportive of communications with the local communicates.
• Ensure appropriate resources are available to fully implement policy and continuously review the policy’s relevance with respect to legal and business developments.
